Absolutely – If your preferred hotel has meeting or event space, we will work with the hotel to make the arrangements you need.

What if my group size increases or decrease?

Most hotels allow for fluctuation in room quantities early on depending on the hotel’s availability. We will work with you to estimate your group size and contract your stay accordingly.
